A colourful and vibrant market, the Madinat Jumeirah souk is the most beautiful shopping mall in Dubai. Despite its name and its architecture (interior and exterior) that recalls the ancient Arab cities, it is not a traditional souk. Winding paths lead visitors through a bazaar-like atmosphere where open-fronted shops and intimate galleries beckon and the sounds and smells of the marketplace combine to taunt the senses. At the end of the central alley, you will find the Madinat Jumeirah canals, the Middle Eastern Venice, a luxury hotel complex that you can sail through on the abras, the boat-taxis of the Gulf.
