The most famous avenue of the Emirati capital, bordering the sea for over 4 miles. On the Creek side (between the city and the islands, notably Lulu Island), it is made of gardens and picnic areas (with stone made Caidale tents to find shade). The turquoise water is superb, but the view also looks to the commercial port and the building developments of the small islands close to Lulu Island. The urban ladscape of Abu Dhabi is less ambitious (for the moment) than that of Dubai, but remains the headquarters of the oil and financial markets of the Gulf.
