Primrose Hill, London, England Primrose Hill, one of the few green hills of the English capital ImageSource/ Age Fotostock
At 207 ft, Primrose Hill is one of London's highest points, looking out towards the Thames. Although you will struggle to make out the river itself, London's skyscrapers are ranged proudly along the skyline, from Canary Wharf to the towers of the West End, along with the London Eye, the big wheel built for the 2000 millennium. Primrose Hill is at the heart of the capital (Chalk Farm tube station), yet viewed from the top of the hill, the rest of the city looks surprisingly far away.
