Heading towards the north, along 5th Avenue, we arrive at New York's green paradise: Central Park. Across 850 acres, the park has about 30 miles of walking trails that wind between lakes and ponds, in the heart of a verdant setting (500,000 trees). It provides a strange illusion of wild nature that contrasts surprisingly with the buildings that surround it. A little further north, Harlem offers a lively and enchanting setting that is attracting more and more visitors. Here, the population is essentially black and with a modest way of life. Harlem, although it was a place to avoid not long ago, it is now being regenerated and turned into a popular setting since Ex-President Bill Clinton decided to install his offices there. If you have the opportunity, go to Harlem on a Sunday morning to attend a gospel church service, which shows an incredible demonstration of faith and powerful singing.
