It is generally humid and windy all year round and in the winter, from June to September, average temperatures range from 10 to 16°C. That said, it can also freeze and snow. In the summer, however, from December to March, average temperatures range between 21 and 27 °C, there is always a light breeze, especially on the seafront, and the nights are cool. The rainy season is from June to August.
