Hi Chi Min City, the city of nostalgia, Hanoi, the tumultuous capital, Dalat, the flowering city, Hue, the ranked city, Hoi An, the charming port city...each city merits its own nickname. Start your visit in the capital, which has a multitude of hidden treasures. Because of the colonisation at various times, traces of the French occupation are still slightly visible. The same applies to Ho Chi Minh City, known as "Asia's Paris", but still called Saigon by the Vietnamese due to its position on the right bank of the eponymous river.
