The Wallis costal route is 21 miles long. Do not count on going swimming here as the beaches along this route are not pleasant with the water usually being muddy. However, the route does allow for the discovery of various interesting sites, such as Laoalo Lake, a 262 ft deep crater lake ringed by 98 ft high cliffs. Go and see the little fishing village of Vailala, found at the island's northern tip.
