The Zambezi River offers accommodation options in lodges of varying luxury, specialising in honeymoons. From these bases that spread the length of the water, you can see the full rainbow above the Victoria Falls, watch elephants passing or observe the thousands of birds that live there. In Kasungala, 31 miles from Livingstone, you can visit villages typical of the region and go and fish in a traditional canoe. Additionally, adrenaline junkies can go rafting in the part of the river leading to the mouth of the Kariba River.
