The forest Canada
By Amy Adejokun Amy Adejokun Section editor

Discover The forest

The forest covers over 80% of the region of New Brunswick, and mainly consists of conifer and deciduous forests. Here you will find trees such as firs, spruces and larches, as well as poplars, birches and elms. The soil is relatively shallow and therefore enables the Acadian forest to grow well. Ideal for tourists who want to go walking, the forest also fuels the industries, especially those associated with wood and hunting.
