Discover Lolland Island Denmark

It measures 480 sq ft and therefore is the third largest Danish island after Zealand and Fyn. Tourism is well developed on the island thanks to its good maritime links with the other islands. The island is home to the most unusual attraction, the Knuthenborg African Park where you can see Bengali Tigers, antelopes, giraffes, camels, rhinoceroses and a wide range of plants. Here, as well, one can find museums, churches and castles of course, but also sugar beet fields and sugar factories.
