The theatre was restored back to its former glory in the mid 90's with a sensitive and carefully executed refurbishment that saw the building's main theatre return to its original colours of gold and blue. 5 Esplanade des Quinconces

This is one of the largest city squares in all of Europe and home to some of the most striking stone and marble monuments anywhere in the world.
