There are only a few airlines that fly to Palermo from London. It is possible to get a cheap flight from London -Palermo with EasyJet who fly from Gatwick and Ryanair who fly from Stansted. There are other operators which fly from Heathrow and London City airport but these are generally more expensive and require a stopover.
