Travellers can choose from various flight options to get from London to Vladivostok. Although no direct, cheap flight is operated between the cities, many airlines operate services with a stopover flight: among others, Transaero (with a stop in Moscow), Asiana Airlines (Seoul), Aeroflot (Moscow) and Korean Air (Seoul). This arrangement means that total travel time is between 14 and 30 hours. In addition to these, KLM and Alitalia offer the option of a flight with two stopovers in Amsterdam and Moscow, and Rome and Moscow, respectively. Total journey time is around 28 hours. All flights depart from Heathrow Airport, and land at Vladivostok International Airport. Heathrow, as all London airports, has excellent connections with the city centre, with transport facilities such as taxis, buses, underground and overground train. Depending on the transport mode chosen, you can get to your departure airport in between 15 and 65 minutes. Upon arrival, you can get to the city centre by taxi and bus.
