The British Airways baggage allowance permits passengers to take two items of cabin luggage on board the flight. The number and weight of these bags varies depending on the British Airways class ticket and flight destination.Hand luggage is limited to 23kg in weight and should be no larger than 56x45x25cm. Check in luggage cannot surpass 23kg without incurring extra charges, and is restricted to 9kg.British Airways check in can be completed in four different ways: online using the airline's official website, on a mobile telephone with internet access, at a self-service check in kiosk at the airport, or at the British Airways check in desk at the airport. All of these check-in methods close 45 minutes before the flight departure.
