All passengers, regardless of their booking class, are only permitted to bring one item of hand luggage on board their flight which must not surpass 56x45x25cm or 7kg in weight. Excess weight will incur extra charges and the cost depends on the flight destination.There are two ways to complete your Thai Airways check in: either using the Thai Airways online check in service which opens 24 hours before the flight departure and closes 2 hours before take-off, or at the airport check in desk. The online check in service is available for all flight destinations and the check in desk at the airport opens 3 and a half hours before the departure time and closes 45 minutes before take off.
