Guests can choose between 5 restaurants. The main restaurant 'So far' offers extraordinary buffets from 7:00 am till 11:30 am, from noon till 3:00 pm and from 6:00 pm till 11:00 pm. Sushi, numerous appetizers, and various salads served on ice, etc. are on offer. The rest of the time, you can also order from the menu. The large cream-coloured restaurant hall, adorned with archways and bay windows, is to be found on the ground floor, adjacent to the garden. Behind the monumental staircase that leads to the lobby, the view of all these delicious, succulent dishes will drive your taste buds wild. Take note of the effort put into the presentation of the desserts (sweets on a stick, chocolate fountains, etc.)! Next to the main restaurant is an elegant Chinese restaurant in a rectangular room decorated with Chinese lamps, wooden panels and silk. Alternatively, there is the much appreciated Vietnamese restaurant (awarded for the exceptional quality of its dishes). A little behind the main building, the designer restaurant 'Pearl and Caviar' offers many local fish dishes, but also a few European dishes. Lemon and olive oil are on the menu. As beautiful during the day as it is at night, with its simple colours and highly modern setting, the restaurant is decorated in black, white, grey and blue. The presence of the pearls makes the place all the more fancy. The Italian chef's menu is full of promises, all of which are kept! It is primarily designed for caviar lovers (the caviar comes from Iran). There are three sorts of caviar, served with the same ingredients (small eggs, sliced onions, fresh capers, blinies and cream and parsley). The abalone (from Brittany) on the menu is delicious, as is the crab. Meat lovers should not miss out on the 'Wagyu filet with its fois gras'. The wine list is extensive too and offers much choice in the way of French wine (but there are also a few bottles from Italy, Spain, Lebanon, Germany, Chile, etc.). White and pink champagnes are also on offer. Next to the reception, you will find yourself in France in the refined and distinguished 'Bor d'eau' restaurant which can accommodate 48 guests at the most.
