The "Primavera", the main restaurant, overlooks the swimming pool and the ocean. Baywindows on three of its sides are totally open to the pool. The decoration is charming - pale yellow walls, marble tables and wrought-iron chairs, azulejo tiles. It serves a great, hearty breakfast buffet (fresh fruit juice, cereals, croissants, cheese, fresh fruits...). A cook prepares omelettes of your choice. A la carte service at noon and in the evening ( snacks possible at noon, thematic buffet two evenings a week). Allow 10 euros for a sandwich or a salad, at least 15 euros for a main dish. The second restaurant, the "Grill Duarte", gastronomically renowned, is also frequented by guests not residing in the hotel. It is open only in the evening and has grilling specialities. The place is elegant in yellow shades, the kitchen is open to the room. Service under glass, dessert table. Nice wine list : Allow 20 to 25 euros for a dish. The menu is varied and the food at both restaurants is very successful. Friendly and efficient service, in appropriate dress. There are also two bars - one decorated in the spirit of golf, the other has a porto and cigar corner and welcomes you British style in well-worn soft chairs.
