The Splash World Eftalya Aqua Resort offers entertainment for the whole family. The highlight of the hotel is the water park with 11 slides. Whether you prefer relaxation or fun, there's something for everyone here. The hotel also has some downsides though: the Splash World Eftalya Aqua Resort is located a long way from the airport, opposite a very busy street, and the beach is not very well maintained.

It's ideal for families, but unfortunately isn't very well located. A long way from the centre of Antalya and opposite a very busy street, it's also far from the airport, which is about an hour's drive away. At least the beach is close by, with access via an underground passageway.
The hotel has three room categories: 24m² standard rooms, and 43m² and 58m² family rooms. The rooms are spacious and bright with comfortable beds. They are equipped with a large television, a minibar, adjustable air-conditioning, a balcony, a safe, and a bathroom with a bathtub. You will also find complimentary toiletries and a large mirror in the bathrooms. One negative point: the coat hangers can't be removed from the wardrobe.
Built on a 38,500m² site, the Splash World Eftalya Aqua Resort is fairly modern. Its highlights are the swimming pool with its 11 slides, and the large guest rooms. Plus, it also has a spa with massage rooms, a sauna, Jacuzzi and hammam, as well as an indoor pool at the end of the corridor. The gym is nothing exceptional, and the equipment in it is not exactly of the latest generation. Other activities include: tennis, football, archery, beach volleyball and various fitness classes. You won't be bored in the evenings either: the entertainment team puts on shows and there is a hotel nightclub where you can get your groove on.
The hotel also has a small supermarket, a beauty salon, a hairdressers, a photographer, a gift shop, a jewellery shop and a cyber cafe. You can also rent a car on-site. There is a kids club for children, and the entertainment team proposes a programme for the whole family. The Wi-Fi is free at reception and in some of the guest rooms. The hotel also has a car park.
There are four different restaurants at the hotel. The main restaurant serves regional cuisine in the form of a buffet. The decor in this main restaurant is rather simple. The other restaurants serve American, Italian and regional specialities à la carte, and are available on reservation. At the main restaurant, guests can choose to eat on the terrace or inside.
A rather grey beach, thanks to the small stones, awaits guests just 50m from the hotel, with access via an underground passageway. The deckchairs, parasols and towels are not included in the price. You can take a ride on a banana boat, learn to surf or rent a jet-ski at the beach, but unfortunately the water is not always very clean, and it gets very busy in high season.
A tip for those who like to walk: the beach is very long, with the possibility of going 31 miles either towards Side or Antalya.
Although the clientele is international, most of the guests come from England, Holland and Russia. The resort underwent a complete renovation in 2006 and now has 470 guest rooms. The large swimming pool and the water park with 11 slides are great for children. Although in high season it gets very noisy. The hotel is definitely not for those looking for a bit of peace and quiet on their holiday.
