Huge! This is the first word that comes to mind when you first see the hotel. From the outside, it looks like a convention centre (and, as a matter of fact, there is one that stands right next door to the hotel). Having said that, an impressive reception lies behind large bay windows, and the building then stretches all the way from the reception counter to the entryway towards the guest rooms and the restaurant halls at the far end. The details are central and contemporary in a stylish way, while the decoration is equally refined, but there is that constant feeling of being in a business centre, rather than in a family holiday hotel. This impression is probably due to the gigantic dimensions of the complex. The hotel may be very vast, but the presence of the 1,000 guests it can accommodated does not go unnoticed: there are people everywhere and no empty space to be found.
The hotel has 3 pools, to which you can an add a fourth, indoor one. Playing, dancing, diving, there is certainly no lack of activity, perhaps too much even. This is the place where you can fully grasp the great number of guests staying at the hotel.
What about the Kervansaray's amenities? Given the size of the hotel, every possible amenity is available and what is more, they are all full-scale: football pitches (2, UEFA-approved), tennis courts (6), basketball and volleyball courts, a gym and, lastly, two bowling alleys as well!
The mini-club is out in the open air, near the beach, and is equipped with many facilities (including synthetic grass, which left us raising our eyebrows...).
