Amidst the distinctive whiff of Provence, the hotels of Antibes are situated close to the small streets of the old quarter and to the sundrenched beaches. Visitors to the town never miss a trip to Vieil Antibes in an attempt to immerse themselves into the southern ambiance. Some of these tourists decide to spend the night in the town having thoroughly enjoyed a day on the lively café terraces with their multi-coloured awnings and shopping at the quaint boutiques. Seeing as hotels are quite rare along the steep streets, a good compromise is to find a family hotel in the town centre of a holiday home on the surrounding beaches. The fortified city is best seen at night when the ramparts are illuminated. Those, however, who come to Antibes to bathe under the glorious sun, will drop anchor at one of the hotels on the sea front. One perfect spot is Juan-les-Pins in the beach neighbourhood of the city. Visitors will have several choices here: a modest accommodation, a holiday home, a charming guest house or a more upmarket establishment with a wellbeing centre and private beach.
