There are two restaurants onsite on either side of the path leading to the beach. The right hand side pavilion serves as an evening restaurant where exquisite gourmet meals are served at dinner and the other is where breakfast and lunch are taken. The huts are open on all sides, meaning that guests have a great view of the beach and sea.
Breakfast is served by a lovely Dominican lady who will make you feel right at home by calling you mi amor or something similar while she makes a note of how you like your eggs. Breakfast here can last a while as guests indulge in a cooked breakfast and/or the items on the buffet (fresh fruit, yoghurt, bread, cake).
In the evening, the Italian chef serves up a mean feast to say the least! With a large range of dishes, from homemade pasta to grilled local fish specialities, there really is something different to try every evening, but best of all, is the quality of the produce and the charismatic Italian chef's know-how. Most of it actually comes from the hotel's vegetable garden (just down the 'Buddha' path).
