The common areas and amenities (reception, cafeteria, restaurant and pool) are all in good condition. The corridors, however, as well as some other parts of the hotel, have been a little neglected.
The reception and the main hall are spacious enough to hold small lounge areas where guests can peacefully enjoy a drink. You will also find several terraces with a view of the pool or of the gardens. At the Intercontinental Park Resort, 3 types of cuisine are available: French, Italian and Lebanese. An international restaurant serves meals prepared on the spot and caters to taste buds from all over the world. The pool is quite impressive and the hotel can even boast that it is the largest in the city. Entertainment is organised daily in the summer and all types of music are played. The hotel also has its own shopping centre and sports amenities, which include a tennis court, a football pitch and a basketball court (though not in very good condition). Children can also make the most of the playground located within the hotel grounds. Other places at the guests' disposal are: the nightclub, a hairdresser, a bank, a business centre, and a clinic open 24 hours. The hotel has 420 spacious guest rooms distributed throughout one 2 storey building and one 3 storey building, but neither has a lift. Every room has a view of the garden, except for the 6 suites overlooking the pool. The spa and health centre has 4 massage rooms, a hammam, a sauna, a jacuzzi for relaxation, and a gym where aerobics sessions are organised. Spa treatments are available, as well as specialised programmes for the prevention of specific diseases.
