The Sofitel has 433 rooms divided into 3 types of guest rooms and 3 types of suites. The so-called 'Superior' rooms are actually just the standard rooms, with the only difference between them and the 'Luxury' rooms being their only partial view of the Nile and no tea or coffee-making facilities. Other than that, they are exactly the same: 32m² spaces that have been styled with taste. They display the same French and Egyptian influences that are to be found throughout the establishment. The amenities are equally fabulous: a large flat-screen television, free Wi-Fi, a signature Sofitel bed (the famous MyBed), a mini-bar, a safe, and much more. The bathrooms have either a tropical shower or a bathtub and a complete set of Occitane welcome toiletries. Finally, whether you have a partial or full view of the Nile, you will have a balcony to enjoy it.
The third category of room, called the Club Sofitel, has a few added touches of class: Hermès hospitality products, a butler, a selection of pillows, access to the Club Millésime private lounge, etc.
Finally, the Prestige, Opéra and Impériale suites measure 64, 84 and 150 m², respectively. Guests will be delighted with all of the amenities that make this a 5-star hotel: a DVD player, an iPod docking station, a Bose Hi-Fi stereo, a Nespresso machine, and even a whirlpool bath in the bedroom for the most demanding of guests. Plus, being located on the top floors, the suites offer the most exquisite views.
