Located 980 feet from the sea, in the hotelier zone of Playa Paraiso, 7 miles away from Las Americas. To reach the hotel from the Tenerife Sur airport located 18 miles away, allow a 45 minute drive. The hotel is about 90 km away from Santa Cruz de Tenerife, the capital of the island.
Three different types of spacious, bright, pleasant accommodations are available: studios, apartments with one bedroom (580 square feet) and 2 rooms apartments (1,000 square feet) with 2 bathrooms and a living-room. They have a lateral view of the sea, the gardens or the pool. All of them are fitted out with a fully equipped open kitchen and classic wooden furniture. The amenities in the rooms include a direct telephone line, a safe (extra fee) and a bathroom with bathtub.
Opened in 1993, the Club Paraiso is composed of a 16 level building served by 4 elevators. It includes 244 studios and apartments out of which 5 are designed for people with disabilities. The classic decor is often composed of Andalousian black and white tiled floor and marble. At the foot ot the hotel, the air-conditioned pool and the pool for kids are surrounded by a solarium equipped with deckchairs and sunshades, a snack-bar and small fitted out gardens. If you want to relax, you can find several sport fields and a fitness room.
The meals are served buffet-style in a restaurant with a capacity of up to 350 guests decorated in marble and Andalousian tiles, with a small interior terrace. The varied cuisine is of international inspiration with Canarian, Spanish, Mexican and West Indian specialities.
Strictly speaking, there is no beach close to the hotel, only wild coves with coarse sand. It is located about 1,300 feet from the hotel - you can get there by crossing over the street. If you want to enjoy the larger supervised beaches equipped with all necessities, you should go to Las Americas, located about 7 miles away. A car is necessary, unless you want to take the bus. Vehicles are offered for rent at the reception area of the hotel.
Several golf courses are located in the surroundings, the closest is 3 miles away from the hotel.

This small sized charming hotel, pleasantly and warmly decorated, is great for couples in search of quiet and relaxation. The Colo Guanahani offers quality services, but it is not really adapted for families with children and it does not offer any animation.
The Fanabe Costa Sur Hotel is located in the vicinity of a new tourist resort and offers a wide variety of services and entertainment that make it the ideal destination for families with children.

Costa Adeja Gran Hotel is a very good standing hotel located in the animated summer station of Costa Adeje. Its lots of sportive and leisure amenities, the sophisticated fitness room and the numerous pools will satisfy most of the people. Cherry on the cake, its well panoramic equipped roof where most important activities take place, including the tapas break at noon.
We liked the Jacaranda a lot. It may lack a couple of the facilities of the biggest and best hotels, but what it does do, it does very well indeed. OK, it's a little far from the beach, but the rooms are large and comfortable, the food is good, there's lots of space for everyone and the kids will have a whale of a time. The hotel's unique charm makes of the Jacaranda a hotel definitely worth considering for a great family holiday.
