Rafael Adrian, its Spanish owner from Burgos, put in all his passion and talent in the construction of this marvel and personally took care of the hotel's architecture as he did for his two other establishments, theJardines de Nivariaand theColon Guanahani. At the Roca Nivaria, there is a slight chance that you might meet outside guests. You cannot go further than the lobby without the room's magnetic card. If you are travelling with a baby you will be happy to know that in addition to its children's club, the hotel also has a baby club, something not very common and worth mentioning. Your children from 10 months to 12 years will be well taken care of! 4 computers are available in the lobby with free access to the Internet! With the leisure activities provided, it is impossible to get bored: a golf practice (putting green), two pools, a multi-sports field (football, basketball, volleyball), two tennis courts, a beach volleyball court, a giant chess game, a top quality fitness centre and even a spa! The choice is yours to keep yourself busy! The "Azules de Nivaria" spa offers all types of treatments and methods to relax your body and mind. Guests can use the hydromassage pool, jacuzzi, Roman baths, Turkish baths, sauna, therapy shower, eleven treatment rooms (including a room fiited out for couples), a barber shop and a gym, all in an area of 19,300 feet. The Roca Nivaria is a little out-of-the-way but it has an ATM machine, shops and free shuttles that can drop you off every hour to the nearby summer resort of Costa Adeje. There is a newspaper kiosk providing international papers.
Five rooms have been fitted out for disabled people. The 32 senior rooms have a sofa and can accommodate a child. Obviously, the upper rooms enjoy the best view of the ocean. Some rooms do not open to the ocean but to the pool or the garden only.
