Upon arrival, there is a small driveway that leads to the crisp white exterior. There is restricted parking out front, so to ensure a parking space contact the hotel prior to arrival. Inside, the circular lobby is fairly pleasant with its glass roof and low ceiling. The ceilings are low, so despite the sterile décor, the resort doesn't feel like a shopping centre, which is the case for many other resorts in the area. To the left is the reception desk, where the staff could be a little friendlier, and to the right is the bar. Straight ahead is the access to restaurant and the stairs in the middle of the lobby lead to the evening lounge and spa area. There is a detail that I have omitted so far, which is difficult to miss: in the centre of the lobby, coming up from the lobby floor, is a bright orange phallic looking fountain. We couldn't decide whether or not it belonged in the clinical atmosphere. There are also a number of original paintings by local emerging artists that hang all over the hotel hiving it more of a personal touch. The accommodation buildings are spread out around the main cluster of activity, the pool area. The blocks are three storeys high. Outside, the main distinction is the bizarre three-tone pool ? the tiles on the bottom range from yellow to blue, giving the water an odd colour, which isn't unattractive. The outdoor seating of the restaurant lines part of the outdoor area around the pool. Otherwise there are sun loungers dotted around the pool. There is also a separate pool for children. Music tends to play around the pools throughout the day.
The area is planted with vegetation, which helps soften the harsh white buildings and the concrete floors around the pool. Otherwise, in terms of sports, there are three tennis courts, a fairly large and well-equipped gym and a Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room on offer. The resort also has a spa with four treatment rooms and a Vichy shower room. There is a fee to use the tennis courts and Jacuzzi/sauna/steam room facilities (10 euros per day). In terms of kids, there is a small kids' club and playground that is situated close to part of the rooms, so depending on whether or not you want to be close to the playground, do mention this at the time of booking.
Otherwise entertainment takes place in the lounge every evening in the bar off the lobby or in the club downstairs in the lobby area (close to the base of the phallic orange fountain), opposite the spa.
