The Chabichou is first noticeable from the outside, with its two entirely white chalets. You can't miss them! Inside, the Chabichou style demonstrates the Rochedy family's desire to create a luxury yet family-friendly hotel and especially one without too much fuss, even if it's possible to run into a celebrity or two here! Because, as the family says, "comfort should be maximal and luxury never ostentatious". Guests thus enjoy a traditional alpine-style decor full of history rather than in one that is brand spanking new. After a complete renovation in 2003, the Chabichou launched a new adventure in December 2011 with the construction of a 1,800m² complex, under a ski slope, comprising a superb 1,100m² Carita-Décléor spa on two levels (a special mention goes to the four basins that make up the swimming pool), an organic bakery, a grocery shop and a bistro-style restaurant. The original part of the hotel houses the guest rooms, the Michelin-star restaurant and the bars. Here, in addition to wood, cats are king. In fact, one of the restaurants is even called the 'chabeauté' (loosely meaning 'beautiful cat')! If the many facilities are not enough, you can also participate in the organised activities, such as the cooking classes.
