The Djerba Beach is one of the oldest hotels on the island of Djerba. It attracts mostly German people.
The Iberostar Djerba Beach is located at the heart of the tourist zone on the island, 9 miles from the capital of the island, Houmt Souk. The airport of Djerba is 12 miles away. Expect twenty minutes for transfers.
Double, triple or quad, the 183 rooms of the Iberostar Djerba Beach are especially great for families. Functional and comfortable, they have simple, light wood furniture. The accommodations only have air conditioning and telephone. The television and minibar are available for an extra charge. Clean, and entirely tiled, with light pink tones, the bathrooms are all equipped with a bathtub.
Even if it is one of the oldest hotels on the island, the Djerba Beach is still a good facility, perfectly-maintained and entirely renovated in 1989. Its architecture is rather unspecific, plain, inspired by the local style. The building has two levels accessed by wide staircases only. The hotel's swimming pool is located between the entrance hall and the beach. Of modest size, it is equipped with sunshades and lounge chairs (extra cost). During the day, it is impossible to enjoy the swimming area without being bothered by the noise of the entertainment. Luckily, the beach is not far...
The main restaurant offers a superb view of the sea. Unfortunately, the small terrace that borders it does not have any furniture. Meals are served as hot and cold buffet with sufficient variety. But the quality is not always there. Besides organising a weekly theme evening, the restaurant has two show-cooking stands where grilled meats and fish are cooked each evening. The a la carte pizzeria is the ideal place to eat lunch. Moreover, it has a large terrace offering an unbelievable view of the sea.
The Iberostar has a very beautiful beach with fine sand, bordered by clear water. It is equipped with lounge chairs and thatched sunshades (extra fee). The sailing club provides facilities for all sorts of water activities (jet ski, parasailing, sailing, trip on the sea...) if you pay a few dinars. Besides the à la carte pizzeria, the beach has a bar extending onto a small terrace.
Built in 1968, the Djerba Beach has an ideal location. It is located along a beautiful beach of fine sand. The majority of the accommodations offer a frontal or lateral view of the sea.

tres bien tenue propre literie tres confortable
rien a dire

The Hasdrubal Prestige is the most luxurious hotel in Djerba, but that is not the only reason to choose this establishment. It possesses a number of unique infrastructures, including its outdoor 'three waters' swimming-pool which features several pools filled with seawater, freshwater and thermal water. The hotel's thalassotherapy centre is also out of this world; it includes a glass-covered marine walkway, private cabins and bathtubs filled with seawater or freshwater, depending on the treatment you choose. It is preferable to come to see and experience this hotel in the off-season; it won't be too crowded and your booking will be a little cheaper.
New in Djerba and already incontrovertible, the Radisson SAS is well-known for its decoration (chic and uncluttered), and its thalassatherapy centre (with many treatments), its service and its beach.
