The main restaurant consists of two rooms. The smallest one, Cor de Rosa, is reserved for breakfast. Decorated in shades of pink, it is adorned with pretty paintings. A veranda allows you to sit on the terrace if you want to. The breakfast buffet presents a varied selection of small bread rolls and homemade marmalades, as well as fresh fruit, cheese, cold meats, hot sausages, tomatoes and fried button mushrooms and beans with sauce. The ham and cheese omelette is delicious. In the evening, The Beresford, the second room with almond-green walls, caters for the guests with an à la carte menu. This is the chance to taste the specialities of the island, such as swordfish or international dishes like the beef thick-cut steak with potato gratin. Allow yourself to forget about your diet for a day and try the risotto, but more especially, the chocolate fondant, an absolute delight! At lunch time, it is possible to order light meals or snacks from Colombo Bistro, located by the side of the swimming pool. As for prices, allow £13.17 per dish. In the summer, two themed nights are organised: dinner in the garden and barbecue around the swimming pool.
