The 20°Sud has 34 rooms, including six suites (two 'Lagon' (or 'Lagoon') suites and four "Australes" (or 'Southern') suites), all of which are grouped together in small colonial-inspired units. Cleverly arranged, they blend in perfectly with the surrounding vegetation, although some of the rooms are somewhat out of touch with the rest of the hotel. The establishment is stylishly decorated, nothing is flashy or over-the-top. You will, however, find lots of antiques and furniture exclusively from the Flamant Home Interiors brand. Each room has a different layout, but all are done out in the same style and the spaciousness of the rooms means that even the standard feels like a superior, with the all-white furniture making for elegant surroundings. Rooms on the ground-floor have a patio whereas those higher up enjoy balconies. Eleven rooms have an outdoor shower but they are not always very private, such as the one in room 14, which is located at the patio entrance of the room. The one in room 17, however, is sheltered from prying eyes. As far as amenities are concerned, the rooms have a television (flat-screen or plasma with 17 channels) and DVD player (films available from the bar), a small safe deposit box, air-conditioning, a mini-bar with tea and coffee-making facilities (free of charge) and a direct international telephone line. Every evening you'll find a little something on your pillow to ensure that you have sweet dreams. Bathrooms have a shower and an old-fashioned bathtub, as well as two magnificent exposed basins, a hair-dryer, bathrobes, a magnifying mirror and hospitality products.
