The restaurant is on the ground floor and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner as a buffet, combining international and Asian cuisine. The dishes are delicate, varied and copious, and we particularly enjoyed the salads and seafood. The dining room is decorated in the same typical style as the rest of the boat, with wooden furnishings, leather benches, parquet floors, copper period lamps, etc. The tables to the front of the boat are nicer because they are set slightly apart. A bar in the same room serves up all kinds of alcoholic drinks, including whisky for the true sailors! To tell the truth, though, it is more pleasant to have a drink up on the deck, leaning against the bar or sat in one of the many wicker armchairs looking out to sea. Vietnamese cookery demonstrations are also organised in front of this bar.
