The menu in the hotel's main restaurant (where meals are served as a buffet) varies depending on the season, though the quality of the food served leaves something to be desired at any time of the year. Its strong point has to be the show cooking demonstrations, which are even provided at breakfast time, when guests can enjoy tasty, freshly prepared crepes. The Viennese pastries served at breakfast, as well as the various fruits available, are worth a special mention. Unfortunately, this is not the case for the fruit juices; and while the industrial stuff is free, there is a charge for the fresh orange juice. Some of the dishes served on the buffet are the same every day (such as soups and salads), whilst various other dishes based on Tunisian, Italian and also more international cuisine alternate from one day to the next. This restaurant is located on the ground floor with excellent views of the main pool, and there is also a terrace for those who would prefer to dine outdoors, weather permitting. The hotel also has a (very stylish and convenient) à la carte restaurant, a barbecue restaurant (the Papagallo), an Arabic cafe and a terrace restaurant overlooking the beach and the gardens. You'll find several bars here too, including one in the lobby featuring Moroccan decor that is very busy at all times of the day, one at the pool, which also serves pizzas and toasted sandwiches, and one on the beach.
