There are two restaurants open for lunch and dinner. They are on the first floor and open onto the entrance hall just below. A French cook prepares varied and delicious dishes, served as a buffet. The menu offers a choice of salads, sushi, meat, vegetables and all sorts of fish. It is excellent for all three meals of the day and will please the most demanding of guests, who can try everything on the menu (it is just the setting which is disappointing and could do with a touch of modernity).
On Sundays, a seafood buffet attracts quite a lot of shellfish lovers. Furthermore, a gourmet restaurant with a very French atmosphere and interior decor, and an excellent reputation, maybe even that of the best French restaurant in town, proposes a menu of lobster, foie gras, veal chops and cheeses. The average meal costs around ?60, which is quite reasonable given the quality of the food. It is just a shame that there are so many businessmen and women.
Finally, if one is feeling slightly peckish, there is a miniature version of the lunch buffet on the ground floor, which is quite enough for a delicious and balanced lunch.
