The hotel's 95 impeccable rooms (including 22 twin rooms) are divided into 6 categories according to size, and are spread over the various floors, which are all designed in the same way. On every floor, the design changes from one room to another. The corner rooms, for example, have a nice space with a bay window, a tropical shower and a bathtub. Most of the rooms have unobstructed views and the geometry of all of these private spaces creates a stylish, designer effect. Depending on which floor you are on, your room might be finished in a combination of soft shades of colour and thick, light wood, or more pronounced, masculine colours and darker wood. This ever-present contrast between light and dark is more or less pronounced in different parts of the hotel. In the rooms, high tech features are abound for maximum comfort: superb bed linen and a remarkable headboard (in leather), a very wide flat-screen television with a choice of 39 channels, a surround sound system, very quiet individual air-conditioning, a very well stocked minibar with tea and coffee-making facilities, an Illy coffee machine, a free safe, a telephone, internet connection, etc. Even the desk chair is remarkably well designed for comfort (try it, you'll want to take it home with you!). The leather-topped desk also conceals various sockets for your electronic appliances. The excellent photos on display in all the rooms are unique, and even the light fittings (diffusers, reading lamps, control panels by the bed which also activate the curtains) are the work of craftsmanship. The spacious bathrooms are all decked out in cream, and some of them have bay windows which let in plenty of light. Once more, everything has been carefully selected, from the materials (e.g. marble) to the accessories (glass scales, a magnifying mirror, a set of Milton Brown hospitality products, dressing gowns and slippers). The bathtub, toilet and washbasin can be separated from one another with glass partitions. Don't forget, you can also buy the bath towels.
The 9 suites take up the three top floors given over to accommodation. The suites also have impressive wooden panels which separate the bedroom from the lounge area, and, as well as the dressing-room, the small television in the bathroom, etc., we especially liked the many bay windows in these rooms. Room service and a butler are available 24 hours a day.
