Food is served in the establishment from 6:00 am till 1:00 am. The main restaurant, right next to the lobby, is cosy and set in a long and narrow L-shaped room. There are bay windows that open out onto the exterior and the ceiling is rather low. Breakfast is copious with numerous tables offering a variety of different food. There is a choice of European dishes, dim sum, congee (a type of Chinese porridge), fish set on ice, numerous delicious pastries... everything is 'home-made', even the bread. There is also an a la carte menu that is made to look like a newspaper, which is quite original! In the kitchens, the cooks busy themselves around the flames, the pizzas and the copper tandoori oven.
Green wall-to-wall carpet, silk-covered walls, round chairs and comfortable seats set the scene in the Chinese restaurant which is much enjoyed by the guests, as the many awards received for the quality of its specialities, shows. At the Japanese restaurant, you have the possibility of trying authentic Osaka cuisine in an intimate atmosphere. The sushi bar has two sections dedicated to teppanyaki, as well as a tatami room. The fish on the menu comes straight from Japan, meaning that the cuisine on offer is not just similar, but the same, as what you would find in the country of the rising sun. Near the entrance, you can admire a wall of bottles, no, not wine bottles, but 60 sorts of sake (on offer).
At the end of the Sky Lounge, the 'Oysters and wine bar' offers 20 to 30 different varieties of oyster (from France, the USA, Australia, Japan, Namibia, etc.). You will not find a wider choice in all of Hong Kong! Seafood is also served for you to enjoy. Every day, the menus are determined according to what the fishing boats have brought in that morning. Indeed, it is the perfect place to enjoy fresh fish. It is also the place to discover some of the finest and rarest wines! There are two sommeliers in the hotel who complete the sumptuous wine list (with wines from all over the world). You will also find a cigar cellar.
