One of the highlights of the hotel is the famous Nhube space created by Ferrán Adriá (named after the famous Catalan chef), a truly perfect place to enjoy a meal in a family atmosphere. It is furnished with comfortable sofas and there are several library areas inviting guests to sit read. Euripides, Jorge Manrique and Thomas More are among the authors featured in the Nhube space, where national and international newspapers are also provided. You will recognise the Adriá touch in the table settings and the waiters' orange and black uniforms. The crockery is by OLA, especially designed by Gemma Bernal (a famous Spanish designer) for the great Catalan chef. This area also has a TV and large windows overlooking the Calle de Nuñez de Balboa. The three meals of the day are available: breakfast which is served as a buffet, lunch and the à la carte dinner. The buffet breakfast is both comprehensive and of good quality. Giving you a great start to the day, you will find fruit juices, fruit, various pastries, cold meats, hot dishes, tea, coffee and products suitable for special diets. Both services operate from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. For dinner, the à la carte menu is accompanied by a salad bar. On the menu, you can choose from dishes such as yoghurt mousse with mango and red berries or sea bass "suquets" (a typical Catalan dish of fish and seafood cooked with saffron, wine, tomatoes and potatoes). Expect to pay an average of £9 per dish.
