The Les Jardins de la Koutoubia hotel is located directly on the rue de la Koutoubia, close to the Jemaa El Fna square. For transfers to the airport, it takes approximately 15 minutes by car.
Served by intimate corridors, both the rooms and suites are very pleasant, refined and tastefully decorated, with their rammed earth walls and black wooden furniture. The rooms are located beside the medina or facing the patio and the swimming pool (surcharge). They offer fruit, welcome products and a bottle of water. The amenities are modern, including air conditioning, satellite television with 41 channels, a mini bar, direct telephone and Internet connection. Entirely covered in marble, the alcove-bathrooms all have a bath, with a separate shower in some of them. The toilets are separate. Rooms do not have balconies. Only those located on the roof have a private terrace. Room service is available 24 hours a day.
A former riad, belonging to the Ouarzazi family who lived here during the 13th century, renovated under the auspices of Unesco in April 2002, Les Jardins de la Koutoubia has retained its family atmosphere. It has a central courtyard, surrounded by arcades with a magnificent interior with clean lines, enthroned by a swimming pool and a lush garden with palm trees. This superb building, bearing the ochre characteristic of Marrakech, has a ground floor offering good clearance, like princely palaces. The hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor, a piano bar (open from 5 p.. to 1 a.m.), four beautiful lounges each with a different atmosphere, a library, again in a contemporary chic style and traditional Moroccan ambiance. The hotel's 72 rooms and 40 mini-suites and junior suites are divided into floors, serviced by elevators and on the roof. Here you will also find the second restaurant. The basement contains for its part, a beautiful spa, dressed all in white, with a heated indoor pool, a fitness room, a hammam ...

The hotel has a beautiful dining room serving international cuisine (French and Italian) which is very pleasant, decorated in sandy shades, with an oriental atmosphere and paintings inspired by Moroccan culture. This room extends onto a terrace looking out onto the pool. The international specialities here are served at lunch and dinner and offered à la carte. There is also a Moroccan restaurant, offering meals à la carte. The cuisine has a reputation with people outside the hotel. Breakfast is served buffet style, with homemade pastries. A second restaurant serving Indian specialities is open for dinner on the terraces. The restaurant offers a panoramic view of the Koutoubia, the old city and the Atlas Mountains. The Relais de Paris offers French cusine and grilled foods. From 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., it is also possible to grab something light at the snack bar on the poolside in the patio's lush gardens. Some simple dishes such as sandwiches, salads and pastries are offered.
The property is part of the Relais et Palais Marocain chain. An undeniable guarantee of quality, particularly in terms of service.
The Dar Hasna resembles a Moroccan home more than it does a riad. Decorated by its French owner, the establishment boasts occidental objects and furniture, mixing in some oriental touches here and there. It enjoys a prime location, only 10 minutes away from Koutoubia.
A little haven of peace, the Palais Sebban is an example of a successful restoration. All of the materials were carefully chosen and the result is ravishing. The palace is rather small but it boasts a variety of guest rooms and lovely little patios.
Located in the Jewish quarter, south of the Medina, the Al Mansoura hotel boasts a simple interior and offers a friendly welcome. The terrace is particularly pleasant. However, it looks more like a family home than a genuine riad.
Located in the palm grove, Le Sublime Ailleurs hotel offers private villas and guestrooms competing in luxury and comfort. This new facility focuses on an outstanding service to seduce a very demanding clientele.
The Eldorador Club Palmeraie is located in a flamboyant park measuring no less than 24 acres. It is a pleasant place for families and other holidaymakers wishing to spend active holidays. Clubs for children, lots of animation, lots of facilities... Everything is right here !
The Riad Monceau is situated only a few metres from Jemâa el Fna square. It is an ideal location to visit the city and its monuments. Many museums are in the surrounding area, as well as the Saadian tombs and the palace of the Bahia. The atmosphere of the Medina and the city are at the gates of this riad.
This is an ideal hotel for those who want to stay in the heart of the Hivernage neighbourhood. It has large pleasant sitting rooms decorated in a typically Moroccan style. However, the simple interior of the rooms can be disappointing.
Located in the North of the Medina, the Riad Yasmine is a guest house where you will immediately feel at home. Michel and Hanan, the hotel's owners, reserve a warm welcome. Here friendliness and family spirit reigns in a finely decorated setting.
A member of Relais & Chateaux, the Villa des Orangers offers its authentic setting and its outstanding service to all those who wish to experience Moroccan comfort and lifestyle. Its swimming pool with panoramic view of the Old City and the Atlas range is an additional asset.
It is hard to define this magical and unique place. The Palais Namaskar is completely different than what you will find elsewhere in Marrakesh and we were definitely won over! A luxurious little palace, it manages to avoid all those poorly chosen details that some luxury hotels are capable of including. Neither flashy nor ostentatious, the Palais Namaskar is sober and sophisticated. The luxury can be seen in its magnificent gardens, in the personalised service guests receive from the moment they arrive, in the stylish decor, and even in the lack of any flashy features. The Palais Namaskar will definitely become a go-to place for an exacting clientèle that is discreet but also, and mostly, quite wealthy.
Very popular, the Maison Arabe offers luxury and refinement of an oriental style. This former riad enjoys a privileged location in the heart of the medina, while still having a large garden in the palm grove, housing a swimming pool and a cooking school.
Villa Mille et une Nuits, Villa Sultane, Villa Art Déco, Favorite Villa, Villa Berbère... You are not dreaming ! Although the scene looks like heaven, it is indeed real. Welcome to the East ! Private swimming pool, butler, personalised service ... brightening up a daily swim in a unique atmosphere.
A hotel with the eleganceof traditional marrakchi palaces, the Amanjena is an address marked with refinement, charm and comfort. Golfers will appreciate the presence of a 18-hole course, others will enjoy the relaxation facilities offered by the hotel.
Excessiveness and pomp are the two keywords at the Taj Palace Marrakesh, which will definitely leave guests talking for a long time and attract a few curious visitors. Those who can afford to stay in this palace will appreciate the very personalised service, the welcome worthy of a king, and the attention that is put into every detail of the decor. Although there will certainly be those who find the decor isn`t to their liking, as it really is very razzly-dazzly and just too much. However, this hotel really is worth having a look at and is sure to stir up the curiosity of tourists.
A hotel of luxury and refinement, the Selman differentiates itself with a stud farm of 12 purebred Arabians. Decorated by Jacques Garcia, the hotel could easily resemble a small version of the Mamounia but the stud farm gives the place a different dimension. As for the Chenot spa, no fan of this type of treatment could possibly be disappointed.
