The Minoa hotel on the beach of Tolo is without doubt one of the most comfortable and welcoming hotels in the small seaside resort. It promises you a pleasant stay and a good stopover in order to sightsee a culturally rich region.
The hotel is located at the end of the Tolo beach near the small port, at a 5-minute walk from downtown. Nafplion is located 7 miles and the airport of Athens 106 miles from the hotel.
All 45 rooms at the Minoa hotel are spacious, luxurious and comfortable. Very clean, they have large beds, a desk decorated with a mirror, two night tables and a large closet. From the small balconies with table and chairs you can enjoy the sea view. You will find television (satellite), a refrigerator, air conditioning (adjustable) and telephone. The tiled bathrooms are quite large, clean and have a bathtub, personal skin care products, a toilet, a hair dryer and a large mirror.
The hotel was built some 50 years ago and is refurbished every winter. This small tourist hotel, on 4 floors,contains 45 rooms, including 28 with a sea view. The pleasant lobby, the restaurant with bay windows and the veranda terrace spaces provide pleasant ambiance on the ground floor. Bright and spacious, the decor is carefully thought out and the sea is a must-see.
The main restaurant offers all-white setting and an open buffet for breakfast (cereals, jams, fresh orange juice, omelets upon request, charcuterie ...) between 7:30 a.m. and 10 a.m. and dinner from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. You also have a veranda, pleasantly situated - literally on the water's edge. At lunch, Greek specialties are served a la carte at noon.
The beach of Tolo is not very large but the hotel has more space than other hotels. The fact that the hotel is situated on the edge of the small bay guarantees a quiet stay and enjoyment in the crystal clear waters. Deck chairs and umbrellas are available free of charge.
The Minoa, the King Minos and the Apollo belong to the same hotel chain, based here for several generations. You will be welcomed here with open arms and enjoy a quiet stay, as the hotel is located at the very edge of the beach.
