The Rosa NŠutica stands beside the sea at the heart of Ponta Negra, where it is surrounded by shops and restaurants. This is undoubtedly one of its advantages. Owing to its simple features and lack of any particular charm, the Rosa NŠutica looks more like a family-run guest house, or even a hostel, than a hotel. The guest rooms are small and rustic, and offer the basic necessities: a bed, television and mini-bar. You should not expect to find very many facilities here, either. If you love the sea as much as the owner does, you will probably like the ocean theme running through the decor.
