The Sehrs Natal was inaugurated in 2005 and renovated in 2009 and is one of the rare 5 star establishments in Natal. It occupies a large pink building with blue bay windows. Guests enter a large marble-clad lobby with rattan and leather armchairs where they can sit and enjoy the fountain and its soothing sound of splashing water all day long. Next to the reception desk are a couple of shops where you can buy souvenirs, a bathing suit, etc. In some parts of the hotel, paintings adorn the walls and are for sale.
Next to the large and attractive swimming pool area, surrounded by a garden, you'll find one of the more interesting areas that the Serhs has for families: the mini-club. The Eco Aldea is open daily from 9:00am to 5:00pm and from 7:00pm to 9:00pm, and welcomes children aged 4 to 12. With its simple furniture, it strives to be environmental conscious. In addition, its younger visitors are given advice on good habits to pick up in terms of diet and exercise. The characters used to decorate the room all personify a specific topic: one tribe is all about keeping the beach clean, another focuses on ecology... Children can also spend their time reading books, watching a play, relaxing in a hammock, or enjoying a film at the eco-cinema. Plus, for £14 they can have their lunch or dinner at the mini-club in the company of the activity leaders.
Adults are also taken care of at the Sehrs Natal. Next to the hydromassage pools, the ground floor spa has a sauna, Turkish baths, showers, a relaxation area, and 4 massage parlours. The gym has 10 machines. Finally, the third floor boasts an area entirely dedicated to games, with several pool tables, foosball, a TV set, a special area for network gaming, a business centre, and a small library.
