The cabins of the Sonesta Star Goddess are incredible and refined. The proof lies in the names they were given: Beethoven, Mozart, Chopin... All of the cabins are in the superior category, so don't expect to find a "standard" unit. Everything has been designed for optimum comfort. The style is refined, and the setting meets with the standards one would expect from this type of ship. The cabins are so comfortable that one is hard-pushed to find cause for complaint. There is an alternating hardwood floor and wall-to-wall carpet (which is in a surprisingly good state considering). There is a sitting area to the left and a bedroom to the right. You'll see that in your cabin or the boat as a whole, you will not be lacking for space. The cabins are fully equipped and conveniently laid out, as seen in the plasma screen television that is placed on a revolving chest which enables it to be viewed from the sitting-room or from the bedroom... It's up to you. The main asset is the balcony, which is a feature rarely seen on Nile cruise ships. So don't hesitate to leave the bay windows wide open and enjoy the exceptional view of the Nile. As for the bathroom, it is also completely up to par: it includes a large bathtub, wall tiling, marble clad floor and classical music to accompany your bath. What more could you ask for?
You do have to pay for your Internet connection however (upon request at the reception desk).
