With views of the garden outside, the restaurant is an intimate space with a stone vaulted ceiling, decorated in the same vein as the rest of the establishment in a style chosen by Culti, the architects who were in charge of decorating the entire hotel. Simple wooden tables, chairs with light-coloured linen upholstering, and carefully thought-out lighting combine to create a modern and elegant atmosphere, paying particular attention to the use of high-quality materials.
For breakfast, guests generally gather around the central buffet table and have the choice between a selection of home-made pastries, fruit, bread and jam. The hotel doesn't offer the half-board formula and, in the evening, dinner is always served ą la carte, from a menu including many fish-based and local specialties. Only the freshest products are used to prepare your meal, and the fish is caught the very same day, which means the menu can change slightly from one day to the next.
