The Dionysos is a small hotel similar to a family pension located in the heart of Paphos port. This place will satisfy those seeking a simple and smaller hotel complex offering more privacy and a good level of comfort.
The Dionysos is located on a small street leading toward Paphos port. An ideal location to discover the small city on foot, which has been preserved despite tourist crowds. To reach the hotel from Larnaca airport (located 77 miles away), you will need 1 hour and 50 minutes (20 minutes from Paphos).
The decor in the rooms is not really new but the furniture is simple and of a good quality. All the rooms are comfortable, equipped with satellite TV, direct telephone line for international calls, adjustable air-conditioning, a mini-bar, a small balcony and a bathroom with a bathtub.
This ''small'' 100-room hotel looks like a large house and surprises you with its friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The stone and wooden decor (kind of kitch), the sundeck, lots of green plants and a delightful warm welcome. Don't come here to do sports: the pool (quite large, with a kids pool), aquagym, billiards, video games and a few society games represent most of the on-site activities. But the interest is elsewhere: wake up every morning in the heart of the small charming port. The hotel offers you an accompanied visit around the city or a walk in the surrounding area.
The meals are served buffet-style only (local and international cuisine) in a nice room leading to a barrel vault in the garden. A Cypriot cafeteria serves simple dishes and offers drinks, ice creams and desserts during the day. An Italian tavern serves generous buffets for an extra fee. Like the rest of the hotel, the simplicity and the small size of the building are the best advantages. 2 bars complete the services offered.
The closest public beach (165 ft) is not the best: you can access the water only through a concrete pier or over flat rocks. You will find sand only on the sundecks arrayed above the rocks where there is a pleasant view of the port, palm trees and massive bay trees. You have to walk for 5 to 10 minutes along the sea (turn left from the street where the hotel is located), to find a nicer beach, indicated by a blue flag (quality norm representing clean sand and clear water). Contrary to the first beach, here you will find beach chairs and sunshades (for a fee) and you can do water sports.
Dinners are usually accompanied by live background music.
beauty salon, sauna, spa

The Cypria has a very creative decoration. Here you will find a nice, relaxing atmosphere and all the services offered are of high quality. The discreet entertainment, the options for children and the stillness here will delight couples with or without kids.
Relaxing vacations under the sign of the luxury. The Paphos Amathus Beach has numerous advantages for a fully enjoyable outdoor vacation. With its various spaces, this five-star hotel is both recommended for families and couples.
Here you have a modern hotel, but with a family clientele - an establishment where you can choose accommodations according to the size you require - (there are so many different types); the rooms of this seaside hotel do not all have a balcony. The Almyra hotel is unclassified; you should try it to get an idea of what that really means.
It is not the best hotel of this class in Paphos, but its location on the sea and near downtown allows you to walk around in high season enjoying the legendary Cypriot sun, without any concern for transportation once you are in the area.
The Veronica offers everything you would expect of a 3 star hotel (local standards), and on paper sounds like a really nice place (moderate size, peaceful), but unfortunately in practice it hardly incites enthusiasm. Its location, which is neither right in the city centre nor on the seafront, gives it an unfortunate feeling of being neither here nor there. Its guest rooms are old fashioned, equipped with the bare minimum, and of questionable cleanliness, not to mention their facilities... It's really quite a pity, because if the entire hotel were to be done up, it would be a really pleasant place to stay.
Families will be in their element at the Paphos Gardens. The accommodation (apartment blocks with all of the modern amenities, including a kitchenette), facilities, and leisure activities were all carefully designed to care for guests of all ages, but especially children. Couples seeking to relax in Cyprus should give this hotel a miss: there is no avoiding the multitude of children making themselves at home here. Moreover, the beach is far and not ideally situated.
The Alexander the Great Beach Hotel stands on the coast in Paphos and belongs to the Kanika hotel group, owner to several other hotels in Cyprus: Limassol and Ayia Napa in particular. It is 'reasonably' luxurious, blending together traditional Greek art and a more contemporary style, which caters for all age groups, especially since it was entirely renovated in 2010. Children are also welcome here, the hotel even having a leisure club available just for them.
A warm welcome, impeccable service, entertainment and amusement, good cuisine, varied activities, and a prime location by the sea: such are the offerings of the St George Hotel, arguably one of the best 4 star establishments in the region. It's the perfect place for golfers, with the superb courses of Minthis Hills and Secret valley 11 mi and 17 mi away respectively. If you're not so keen on golfing, you can always enjoy a nice drink on the terrace or indulge in a divine massage at the Sen Spa.

This vacation hotel offers a full set of facilities. A nice and refined decoration, good comfort, or a good choice of restaurant or leisure activities. No animation: it's even better! The clients come here mainly for the peaceful atmosphere. This is possible also because there are not too many kids.

Located in a sandy coast - which doesn't happen very often in Paphos - the Coral Beach has comfortable accommodations, elegant dining and various activities to prevent boredom.

The Queen Bay’ hotel is located ’ away from the touristy bustle of Paphos. The simple ’atmosphere and unpretentiousness contrast strongly with the large hotel infrastructures that are numerous on the ’island. It will suit perfectly vacationers seeking peace and a minimum of activities.
