The hotel has 298 rooms, more or less half of which have sea views, while the others overlook the street. When you first arrive at Hotel Garbi, you will find yourself at the reception in a large, imposing hall which, just like the rest of the hotel, is decorated in a modern style, with artistic photos and paintings of the island adorning the walls. The ground floor also has a few computers with internet access, a television room, a conference room, the main restaurant, a bar, and the two (outdoor) swimming pools. The larger of these is reserved for adults, while the smaller one is for children only. Deck chairs are set up all around them so you can work on your tan, and there are also some white pouffe-style armchairs that are very comfortable and perfect for an afternoon nap. The adjacent outdoor jacuzzi is fantastic. This part of the hotel, which has views over the sea, is where the Hotel Garbi's bar restaurant serves up à la carte dishes in chill-out surroundings. The swimming pool and beach are directly connected.
As far as sports facilities are concerned, the hotel has a free tennis court, but if pure exercise is more up your street, head for the ground floor gym. On the other hand, if you are looking for something more relaxing, make an appointment for a massage. Several rooms are available and professionals are at hand to leave you feeling as good as new! Alternatively, you can request facial and body treatments, waxing, or even a manicure and/or pedicure session, not to mention an afternoon spent relaxing in Hotel Garbi's new and exclusive spa, which opened in summer 2009. This innovative designer space includes a sauna, hot and cold water baths, pressure jet showers, a jacuzzi, waterfalls and recliners.
The hotel also has a car park reserved for its guests, and two clothes and accessories shops.
