    It is located on the seafront, in the hotel zone of Playacar, 1 mile from the centre of Playa del Carmen. It takes about 50 minutes to reach the airport, which is 33 miles away.

    The rooms, large and pleasantly designed with two double beds, open onto a balcony overlooking the garden. Their decoration, quite rustic, is also inspired by Art Nouveau style. They are equipped with individually adjustable air conditioning, a fan, satellite television, telephone with direct access for international dialling, a safe and a mini-bar well supplied. The bathrooms have a shower.

    The hotel opens onto a vast area in Andalusian style where a bar, the lounges and shops are aligned. It extends in 9 buildings on 2 floors that rise amid tropical vegetation. They provide the major leisure facilities and the swimming pool is very lively. It borders the beach. The hotel also has a nightclub and a big kid's club. It organises a daily programme of activities, a show every night and a live concert 3 times a week.

    The restaurant La Hacienda serves buffet style in its huge room where you can taste Spanish-Moorish cuisine morning, noon and evening. It is garnished with a dozen dishes of regional and international specialities of good quality. La Margarita restaurant opens for continental breakfast. At lunch, it turns into a snack bar and serves a la carte.

    White sand and clear waters stretch at the foot of the hotel. The public beach of Playacar is lifeguarded and cleaned. Swimmers, divers and fans of water sports meet there. The place is very popular to such a point that it is necessary to pave a path between the deck chairs hidden under the shade of palm trees to reach the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea.
