Built in November 2003, the Secrets Capri Riviera takes the form of a large hacienda. New buildings are planned for 2008. In the extensive main building, where large bouquets of flowers are renewed daily, guests will find several tables and chairs set aside for private check-in/check-out. This is all topped by a golden dome. Then there's the small, well-stocked lobby-bar, a very cosy area with diffused light hosting live music from pianists and saxophonists. The cigars here are hand-rolled. Upstairs you will find a field of different shaped lanterns. The huge patio overlooks the lush vegetation below. The many decorative elements enhance the aesthetic appeal of the surroundings, where marble and wood feature heavily. Just beyond the reception, the blue of the sea can be seen thanks to the monumental double staircase which leads down to the ground floor. Turtles paddle about here in the water and on the pebbles. The spa area, with its pretty cream and brown tones, features an unmistakable vanilla fragrance. Various treatments are provided in the large massage rooms with their elaborate equipment (Chromotherapy, hydrotherapy, etc.). It's a shame that the large fitness club is almost completely devoid of natural light. Deckchairs and parasols are provided around the large, peaceful main swimming pool, which also boasts a pool bar.
