    Location 1.0 /10

The hotel is located in Puerto Pollensa, a fishing port located in the north of Mallorca. Cape Formetador is not too far from here. The airport of Palma is located 46.5 miles away and that would be more than one hour and a half driving by car.

    Accommodation 7.45 /10

The hotel has 86 rooms spread out on 6 levels. The rooms are not as nice or well-maintained as the common areas. They are pretty basic with two single beds or a pale-pink double bed, light tiled floor, an armchair and a coffee table and a stand for the TV. They offer a safe (paying), individual air-conditioning and a small balcony equipped with plastic garden furniture. The bathrooms are not coloured , but they are very clean and there is a bathtub and a few welcome products.

    Overview 7.95 /10

Built in 1912, the Miramar has kept its warm ambiance of the hotels built at the beginning of the century. Decoration in the lobby, bar and restaurant makes you think back to the beginning of tourism in Mallorca. The hotel has 6 levels, and has gone through lots of extensions and renovations but has kept its original charm. The entrance from the street through an inside yard passes through a small floral garden. The small common rooms are furnished in wood and marquetry and old yellowish pictures decorate the walls. Inside the hotel there is not much activity going on, but not far from here, you will find the port shopping streets with restaurants, bars and stores.

    Food and drink 8.70 /10

The meals are served in a nice dining room overlooking the sea. The restaurant offers buffets, daily set up for breakfast. At lunch or in the evening, you will eat Ó la carte food, choosing simple or refined recipes. The presentation is well done, delicious tastes and the decoration of the room adds to the success of the meals. Comfortably seated in a wrought iron armchair, you will eat on perfectly set tables (white tablecloth, well arranged tableware) in a restful ambiance.

    Beach 7.45 /10

The beach facing the hotel is pretty small but nicely fitted out with beach chairs, mattresses and sunshades. The proximity of the fishing port spoils the colour of the water and the sand is a little dull. A small nautical sport club located not far from here allows you to practice lots of sports like diving and pedalo.

    To know

The Mirama is a small hotel by the water. There is no pool or animation team and its clientele, the majority English-speaking, is not really young - and is mainly composed of couples without children.
