The hotel's main restaurant, La Fiesta, serves rich and varied cuisine as a buffet, presenting both international and Tunisian specialities. Meats, fish, soups, pasta, vegetables, salads, fruit, cakes, and other desserts make up the meals presented to the guests for each service. Another attractive feature is the show cooking stand, where dishes are freshly prepared. Tunisian specialities have pride of place at dinner time. Indeed, at least one culinary speciality is served at every dinner buffet. In parallel, each dinner service features a theme: Italian cuisine, fish specialities, or Spanish gastronomy. The hotel also has an à la carte pizzeria, another à la carte restaurant serving international cuisine (open 8 months in the year), and a snack bar by the pool (in high season). As for the bars, you will find a central one (open from 8:00am to 2:00am), an American bar (reserved to guests staying on the all-inclusive basis), a beach bar (with snacks), and the Moorish cafe, a major feature of this hotel. It welcomes guests, of course, but also non-residents, especially since it has a very good reputation in Port El Kantaoui. Little treats such as mint and almond tea, hookahs, and live music are to be found there.
