Although the welcome is in a palace, the rooms are more remote. You get there in an electric car along a small track, or by foot, if you are sporty. The rooms are housed in a 5-storey building, and you enter on the 5th floor. Yes, you are in the mountains! The rooms overlook the Ganges valley or the Himalayas. The higher up you are, the better the view. A pool, golf course and large spa form the core facilities of the hotel, which is set in wild nature.
SPA
It has its own building. A haven of peace opens up to the residents. The welcome and the atmosphere are impeccable, and the staff are always on hand for the (sometimes very demanding) clientele. A relaxing experience. There are two spaces: one for men, one for women, with Jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, pool and relaxation area facing the Ganges valley. Upstairs there is a large gymnastics room and, in one corner, a beauty salon where you can let your feet, nails and hands be pampered. The long corridors contain several massage booths. All have large windows overlooking vegetation and are very tastefully decorated. On offer are Thai massages, body scrubs, ayurvedic and European treatments, for couples or individuals, as well as hydrotherapy and jet room. In the midst of the corridors, a musician plays the flute - as if the massages were not enough on their own!
