Located in the downtown area of the sea resort of San Antonio, the Hostal Florencio is a small very cheap hotel, a good destination for young clients that want to party in Ibiza. The comfort and the amenities are pretty limited but it is well located and it also offers a swimming pool.

In downtown San Antonio, 500 m away from the beach of Es Calo and at 10 minutes walking from the marina, 9 miles away from Eivissa, the capital and 11 miles away from the airport, about 20 minutes driving time.
The rooms of the Hostal Florencio have a tiled floor and their walls are yellow. They are fitted out with a wooden furniture and a desk. The rooms are air-conditioned and offer a small fitted out balcony overlooking the surrounding buildings, but don't expect a view of the sea. You will not find a refrigerator, or a TV. If you want to make a phone call or if you wish to protect your valuable items, ask the reception. The bathroom offers a bathtub without handle, equipped with a flexible shower, non separate toilets and a soap. The upper rooms have hardwood floors and are decorated with paintings. The bathroom offers also welcome products and a comb. The hotel also offers 5 suites with LCD flat screen TV, a large flexible shower with bay window and toilets separated by a glass door.
Built in 1972, the Hostal Florencio is a downtown unattractive 4 level building under renovation, served by an elevator and offering 96 rooms. It offers a rectangular swimming pool of 2 m depth down below a solarium patio fitted out with sunshades, deckchairs and a shower. Because of the downtown location and the traffic noise, it is difficult to find stillness here. There is a special place for barbecues near the pool.
Strictly speaking, there is no restaurant available at the Hostal Florencio, but you can always have a snack served at any time. The clients usually visit the city during the day, but they can however have breakfast from 8 am to 10:30 am, lunch from 1 pm to 3 pm and dinner from 8 pm to 10:30 pm. Some of the dishes offered are inspired from the Italian cuisine. You can also try different cocktails in one of the two bars of the hotel. The snack bar offer 4 TVs placed in different places of the room.
200 m away from the hotel, the main beach of San Antonio, Reguero beach, is overcrowded in high season. Despite everything, its water remains pretty clear and the sand pretty clean. Located very close to the marina, this little windswept artificial beach is pretty noisy, because of the proximity of the overcrowded road that goes along it. Here you will find deckchairs, sunshades, toilets, showers and a nautical sport club.
All the rooms should offer a TV in 2008. The Hostal Florencio is a good destination for young people coming here to have fun, but also for the sport lovers seeking a good pied-a-terre to do trekking. The hotel also has a small shop offering bikes and mountain bikes just a few metres away on the right side. A laundry is available for your clothes and you can also eat at the snack-bar at any time.

A good address for sport lovers that put the beach on the second place. The Barcelo Pueblo Ibiza is a perfect destination for young people and for families.
Located on the seafront, the Arenal hotel is a nice place to live in with its rustic style and its two pools. It is a better choice for couples rather than families.

The Bellamar Hotel Beach and Spa is a small upscale establishment located in the nice bay of San Antonio. It is mainly a good destination for quite aged people or for couples seeking rest, that they would be able to find mainly in the beautiful spa.
The Tagomago is a friendly family-run 2 star hotel on San Antonio Bay. Its facilities might be modest, but it can pride itself on its spectacular views and direct access to a pretty beach. The building itself is very much in keeping with the typical Ibizan style (white, simple, and understated), and the hotel staff go about helping you feel at home in a friendly manner. This is a very lively part of Ibiza, full of bars and restaurants and all the leisure activities you could possibly imagine!
